My Philosophy
Mental Health Counseling and Coaching
As a therapist I am passionate about connecting and providing client centered solutions to enhance and support happiness & overall quality of life. Often times, we struggle to see the forest for the trees and I enjoy helping clients pave a path with understanding, insight, and positive regard.
I have experience working with children, adults, families and couples dealing with life challenges & transitions, anxiety & depression, ocd, past or current trauma, ptsd, & adoption.
I also enjoys working with teens and emerging adults in areas of communication barriers, self identity, coping mechanisms, personal insight and growth.
I am typically found spending time being active in the sun, dancing, & any opportunity to be creative.
